We've been published!
Over the last few years, we have had the honor of being published in a few magazines. I thought I would share a few of the publications with you. One of my favorite wedding magazines Wedding Vow Magazine published my work in their "Real Weddings" section a few times...
To see more of the wedding shown you can enter the password "meghanmike" in the "private gallery" section of my main site. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Meghan my bride is an elegant and classy young women and was so much fun to work with. Mike was funny and we all had a blast with the groomsmen as we shot group shots. I had a hard time not laughing too much they were so many jokes flying around. I just love Desitination Weddings especially when they happen in my home town. I will never forget the weather that day, it was perfect in the canyon at one of my favorite wedding venues: Centerville Estates. The canyon wall made a stunning backdrop for some formal portraits of the bride and groom. The bridesmaids wore pink in the best way possible and all the details were just right. I also had the pleasure of working wiith some incredible vendors who made the day all that more special. Roots Catering did a fabulous job with the reception and Platinum Productions DJ's kept the night in full swing with a lively and fun beat all night long.If you haven't checked out Centerville Estates you really should. It is breathtaking.

I always enjoy weddings held at private residences because they are truely unique and so charming. The next wedding took place in a small "suburb" of Chico, located about 15minutes to the north. Cohasset is full of ranches and rolling hills, and this particular homestead was the perfect place for an intimate wedding. Tiffany and Anton exchanged vows on a breezy day in the summer. It was hot in town but up in Cohasset it was just right. The couple planted a tree as part of their wedding vows, and we photographed wedding formals inside of the barn beside old tin cans, window panes, ropes and various remants of days long past. It was very romantic and my bride looked beautiful. After the photography at the wedding site, we traveled back into town for the reception at Chico Women's Center. The reception hall was the perfect size for a small group with a private outdoor area. Children ran around outside joyously, while the wedding party and guests danced a few feet away inside.

As luck would have it, another magazine asked me if they could use another image of the same bride as their cover shot. Ever After is a small local magazine, but I was more than happy to have my work shown. Inside the pages of the magazine Madison Grace Photography was listed as a "website worth a visit".. We couldn't agree more! :)

My favorite magazine cover is my own Joshua at the age of about 3 months for Parenthood Baby Talk magazine. What a joy it is to see your own baby on the cover of a magazine. The image is also posted inside my main site in the children's gallery. You will notice that the sepia tones and cropping are so much better in the original image. Regardless, I feel blessed to have this kind of publicity, and can't wait to show my little guy his "cover shot" when he is old enough to appreciate how cool it is.

Below is another photo by Madison Grace Photography, I shot for a lovely couple: Kelly and Tyler Ward, that was published in the "I Do" section of another issue of Wedding Vow Magazine. The wedding took place at TBS Ranch wedding venue, and what a great place for a summer wedding...rolling hills, giant oak trees, a lake with bridges and a huge old barn made a perfect backdrop for all the wedding photos and country chic.
